我司研製的黑金龍鋰電池漿料自動生產線是采用專用動態捏合混合係統實現高粘稠物料的揉搓、捏合，采用高效稀釋分散加靜態混合係統，實現漿料的快速分散，兩者有機結合，實現鋰電池漿料的快速生產。它的生產效率高，適合大規模生產。

黑金龍鋰電池漿料自動生產線主要由粉料自動配料係統、液料自動配料係統、捏合混合係統、稀釋分散係統、漿料儲存輸送係統、電控及中央控製係統等組成。

Our self-developed HJL series automatic production line for lithium battery slurries utilizes a dedicated dynamic kneading and mixing system for high-shear kneading and blending of high-viscosity pastes, along with a high-efficiency dilution and dispersion plus static mixing system to achieve rapid homogeneous dispersion. The synergistic combination of dynamic kneading and static dispersion enables high-speed slurry preparation, offering high production efficiency and suitability for mass production.

Our HJL series automatic production line for lithium battery slurries primarily consists of an automatic powder batching system, an automatic liquid batching system, a kneading and mixing system, a dilution and dispersion system, a slurry storage and conveying system, and an electrical and central control system.
